Cancellation Policy

📞(413)362-0008 (TEXT OR CALL) TO CANCEL 🚫NO EXTRA PEOPLE AT YOUR APPOINTMENT 📍DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE 📌 PAYMENTS: CASH-ZELLE-CREDIT CARD 📌 I DO NOT SERVICE MEN OR CLIENTS UNDER 10 YRS 📌 HAIR IS NOT INCLUDED IN ANY OF THE WEAVE SERVICES. 📍Clients are expected to be on time for their appointments However there is a 15-minute grace period for both stylist and client after 30 minutes without proper communication the appointment will be CANCELLED. 📍RESCHEDULING * Clients have 72 hours after an appointment is booked to text (413)362-0008 to reschedule. otherwise you have to rebook. 📍CANCELLATION* 📍48 to 24 hours before your appointment OR Same day cancellation will result in a 50% charge for the appointment 📍NO CALL NO SHOW * will result in a 100% charge for the appointment.
